Here is my entry for the December Challenge at Art Bead Scene Blog.
I used a color palette generator to give me all the colors in The Captive Robin painting.
The Captive Robin, John Anster Fitzgerald, c.1864
I loved the Vintaj leaf I had added red alcohol inks to and began picking out the other elements.
I chose this handmade glass bead from T Beads and some Vintaj chain and bead caps and finally my favorite Swarovski crystals for some sparkle.
Thank You for stopping by and checking out my entry now head over to Art Bead Scene and check out the other entries! http://artbeadscene.blogspot.com/

Oh cool! I've never thought about alcohol inks before!
Great use of the inks! Very pretty!
Shannon, that's beautiful my dear! So simple and yet captures the colors and textures beautifully! Hope you do well my dear!
Have a very Merry Christmas!
{Hugs!}
Shannon this is so pretty! I didn't know about inks so that was cool too!
Happy Holidays!
What a great bead! The colors in these intriguing paintings are just so brilliant and earthy at the same time. I love the leaf to make that forest element stand out. Simply stunning.
Enjoy the day!
