I Heart Macro

My wonderful husband started a garden this year. I hate dirt, and bugs, and snakes, and worms, and being hot, and hard work. So the garden is his project. He brought these in for my daughter tonight.

Yum!

As you can see they were well received.
Wish I had gotten to try some :-)

Why don't you visit the rest of the I Heart Macro Participants!

Have a great day!

So sweet! I have been a bad gardener lately, all my black eyed peas are drying on the vine! Need to get out there before they die completely. Love the closeup of the peas still attached in the pod

Love the color of those peas! I am with you, I don't like getting hot and dirty anymore but mom is making me clean up my yard and I do have to say it looks nice. Love the shots of your daughter eating away at the peas!

LOL - isn't that always the way? I am jealous we had too much rain and a lot of mushy soil so we didn't get to plant anything this year : (.

Haha! Adorable. My son would do the same with green beans. In fact, he'd stand in the garden and eat.

Yummy I needed your peas to go with our freshly dug potatoes! creamed peas and new potatoes can't be better this time of year with a side of fresh sweet corn!!

Ha! I feel the exact same about gardening. But, I desperately want to grow my own food. Contradiction much??
Those peas look delish! Here's hoping you get in on the next crop!
