What You Make Matters

Good Morning :-)

I am taking a class called What You Make Matters with Megan Auman and she has asked us to do some homework. No she didn't ask us to make a video of ourselves but I thought that would be fun so here is my homework from day 1 and 2.

Hope you like them :-) I am a huge dork on camera but I am trying to get more comfortable on camera and you have to start somewhere right? Right!
Have a great day
~Shannon

G'Morning!!
First of all, your new hair is so beautiful! I love the bangs on you!

I dont wear my own jewelry much either but today I happen to be wearing a pair of my earrings!

Great tip about the dangly on a bracelet. I use them too but never thought about it helping in this type of way- so that's really clever! Do you always put the dangly by the clasp? Sometimes I like to place in on the front of a bracelet instead of the back. Just wonder if it would help the same way.
Great post! xo

Shannon- kudos on the video! They are great. I am sooo not ready to do a video any time soon.

I make my bracelets adjustable so you can use the excess chain to help put it on. I end up showing my customers at every show how to put my bracelets on by themselves. (I used to do danglies too, but if the bracelet wasn't adjustable I ended up re-making too many) I love your look, and the dangles do make your pieces special.

Oh, and I totally love my jewlery. I wear it all the time;) got that one down.

I'm just awful at wearing my own creations. I have so much too I could wear... I don't think I could put my finger on the why not. Love to hear you are heading to beign reformed :)

Love the videos, Shannon! I know how you feel about not liking the sound of your own voice :) but you sound great. Isn't it great to be able to accept that you have all of this amazing jewelry at your finger tips that you can pull from at any time?!
