Today is our 11th Wedding Anniversary!
It all started in a bar, October 1998.
11 years of marriage later, I love him more today than I did then.
The last several years we have experienced some very high, highs and some very low, lows. We have been on the receiving end of some horrible blows which I believe many other people couldn't handle.
Instead our marriage has triumphed over these things.
I am so blessed to have found a man who is trustworthy, honest, caring, funny, and loyal.
He supports my businesses, yep plural. He comes to my rescue when I have forgotten my ipad at the salon or need an emergency spool of wire from Hobby Lobby. He even knows which aisle :-)
When we were told we were having a girl I think he smiled as big as I did. He is a wonderful father and our parenting styles compliment each other perfectly.
He is a hopeless romantic, which I tease him for and yet secretly love.
He loves the tv show Friend's and Gladiator is one of his favorite movies.
I giggle at his taste in music which runs from Nirvana to Country, especially Jason Aldean's -Chillin' on a Dirt Road, Trace Adkin's -She think's we're just fishin' and David Nail's- Red Light.

Happy Anniversary!! What a darling couple, and how great that your hubby knows where to find stuff in Hobby Lobby. I'll bet he even holds your purse when needed.
I wonder how many relationships started in a bar, or rather the parking lot of a bar in our case. We've been married 30 years and have weathered so many huge storms, and like you, some were big enough to tear us apart, but here we are working on year 31.
